NORTHAMPTON HIGH SCHOOL PTO VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
GENERAL
Help with mailings, such as the student directory in early October
Help with updates to the PTO website, Facebook page, and listserve
Help staff the Spiritwear table at Open House and/or other school events
ONLINE NEWSLETTER
Help with the weekly PTO online newsletter
FLORENCE SAVINGS BANK CUSTOMERS CHOICE COMMUNITY GRANT (ends Dec. 31 every year)
Distribute ballots during lunch & at school events & promote to the NHS community
TEACHER APPRECIATION LUNCHEON & BREAKFAST (Typically every May)
Help with set up and/or clean up, or contribute a dish to one of these events
Coordinate volunteers for one or both of these events honoring our NHS faculty & staff
EAT FOR EDUCATION (April every year)
Call or visit restaurants to confirm participation in this NHS fundraiser
Assist with publicity for the event
TRANSPERFORMANCE (August every year)
Join our volunteer crew to set up the stage on the morning of the concert (10:00 am)
Coordinate volunteer recruitment for the PTO’s involvement in this event
