Northampton’s teachers, principals, and staff members have gone above and beyond this year, educating and supporting our kids in an extraordinarily challenging learning environment. This holiday season, you can show your appreciation with a gift that will enrich their teaching and all of our public schools .
Your gift, in the name of a teacher, principal, or any staff member, will go to NEF’s Small Grants Program. This fund provides grants for teachers to create innovative projects, events, or opportunities that enhance student learning, professional development, and collaboration.
Even with distance learning, our creative teachers and staff continue to innovate. This year, NEF grants are funding weekly packets of educational materials for every preschooler household in NPS Virtual Preschool, anti-racism education at Jackson Street School, and a remote concert series for our high schoolers, among other programs. Please donate to NEF so we can say YES to more teacher-led projects in the future, whether they’re teaching remotely or in person.
The teacher you honor will receive a letter acknowledging your generous gesture, without revealing the amount. Gifts of any amount are welcome!
