Trauma-Informed Hampshire County free training

Greetings,

Our local organization, Trauma-Informed Hampshire County is offering an introductory training for any organization in Hampshire County on being more sensitive to how traumatic experiences (particularly from childhood) can impact a person’s health, mental health and drug use.  It’s useful for customer service, client interactions, and just increasing your staff knowledge and approach to each other and customers/clients. It is relevant to any social service agencies, volunteer and community organizations, businesses, school staff (particularly non-teaching), libraries, or faith-based organizations.

Please join us for an open virtual training of the Resilience Roadshow Presentation on Feb. 3 from 12-1:30 pm.

The feedback so far has been excellent; the training was designed by a team of us involved with TIHC from Clinical & Support Options, Klingberg Traumatic Stress Institute, Collaborative for Educational Services, and more. We are deeply committed to improving the lives of all residents and are offering the training for free.

Feel free to send a manager, board member or administrator who can check this out for your staff, and then if it seems useful for your organization, you can schedule a training for your staff/volunteers through me.

We offer this training to organizations throughout the year.
