Covid-19 Vaccinations for NHS Students 16 years and older

Appointment Schedule: Thursday, May 6 & Saturday, May 8

For Students of Northampton High School and Smith Vocational High School, 

The Northampton Health department is able to provide Pfizer-Biotech Coronavirus vaccine to Northampton students who are 16 and older at the Northampton Senior Center, 67 Conz Street.

All students under 18 will need written consent (see form link below) for vaccine administration from a legally authorized representative on behalf of the child (usually a parent or guardian). The parent or the guardian does not need to go with the minor to their vaccination appointment to give consent.  The student will be able to make their second dose appointment at the clinic.
