Senior week is quickly approaching! There are many opportunities for parents to volunteer their time or send in donations for the various senior events:
Friday, May 28th, is Movie Night from 8:00-10:30pm. We will be showing Mamma Mia on a big screen in the NHS stadium and need chaperones.
Wednesday, June 2nd, is the Senior Gala from 6:00pm-10:00pm. This is our prime event to celebrate the seniors. We cannot have a prom, but we still want to have a formal evening with all of the trimmings. We have rented a tent which will stand outside of the stadium in the practice fields, and we are working on decorations, flowers, balloons and even a red carpet! Unfortunately the class was not able to fundraise the way they have in the past, so we are looking for donations. We also need…
…chaperones (you can stay for the entire event or take shifts)
…beverages (bottles of water, cans of seltzer and soda, bags of ice)
…money towards flowers (or flowers themselves, if you have connections)
…large coolers to keep the beverages in (we will return them to you after the event)
