IMPORTANT DATES:
December 1: HCC Application Deadline to qualify for free class for SPRING 2022
December 15: Course Registration Deadline
> Applications and registrations will be accepted after this date, but families will have to pay tuition.
All students interested in Dual Enrollment at HCC must:
- Read the Dual Enrollment instructions and information and complete the online HCC application at: www.hcc.edu/admission/high-school/dual-enrollment
- Fill out the supplemental forms:
- Dual Enrollment School Counselor Form
- Student should complete form, student and parent/guardian should provide electronic signatures (type name) and email to school counselor
- School counselor will complete their section of the form, sign and send to HCC dual enrollment advisor along with your transcript
- Dual Enrollment School Counselor Form
- Take the placement test-currently being offered remotely with a virtual proctor.

- Some students may be able to waive a portion of the placement test by submitting qualifying SAT/ACT scores. Email the dual enrollment coordinator for information.
- After you have taken the placement test, meet with your dual enrollment advisor to schedule your class.
- Provide your NHS school counselor with a copy of your HCC schedule so that we may confirm that you may receive credit for the college class and that it fits into your NHS schedule.
