The Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association and Special Olympics Massachusetts has announced that the Northampton High School Unified Basketball Team has been selected as one of the recipients of the MIAA/Special Olympics Massachusetts Unified Basketball Team Sportsmanship Award for the 2021 season.
Congratulations to the Northampton High School team and school community for earning this outstanding recognition. The award is presented in recognition of outstanding demonstration and commitment to the ideals of sportsmanship throughout the Unified Basketball season.
The presentation of this award will take place during the MIAA/Special Olympics Massachusetts Unified Basketball Jamboree, which is scheduled to take place at Chicopee Comprehensive High School on Friday, November 19.
