It won’t come as a surprise that fundraising is one of the primary functions of the NHS PTO. We raise money to support school activities and purchases that are not covered by the school district’s budget.

Throughout the year, the PTO raises funds through various means, including Transperformance, Valley Gives Day, Eat for Education, and Honor Thy Teacher. For more on these fundraisers, visit PTO Events.
We also raise funds through no-cost-to-you giving, like Florence Savings Bank’s Customer Choice Awards, as well as through sales of NORTHAMPTON SPIRIT GEAR
Finally, we raise funds the old-fashioned way, through direct donations from NHS families, alumni, and friends. You may donate online through our website which accepts donations year round via PayPal. You may also mail a check, made out to NHS PTO, to NHS PTO, 380 Elm Street, Northampton, MA 01060 or drop it at the school office.
Your gift is tax deductible. Gifts will be acknowledged electronically to conserve paper and postage.
We understand that every family does not have the ability to make a financial contribution to the school, but be assured that you can truly make a difference, no matter how much you give. The PTO is a volunteer organization so every dollar you donate goes directly to the school.
